Squash 30:00 [1]

Squash with Dad, Fraser, and Oscar. Some time spent trying to teach Oscar how to play and then playing with Fraser and Dad separately. Definitely rusty, but it was a fun time. Butt was definitely sore afterward.

StrengthFit class. Working on chin ups again. I managed to reduce the amount of support from bands, so that's cool. Other exercises were landmine row, farmer carries, bicep curl, and bench press. Enjoyed the class.

PowerFit class at Elite Performance. A little tired as Oscar's work's Christmas party was the night before. I'm just trying to use up all my classes before I go so as to not waste them, but being gone for 2.5 weeks in the month makes it a little more condensed.

StrengthFit class at Elite Performance. Focusing of deadlifts, bench press, tank pulls, neutral grip chin ups, landmine rows, and reverse lunges. Cool to get to learn good technique for barbell work.

Spin class at Cyklus. It was busy this morning! I was feeling more sluggish than normal and had to lower my usual 'flat road' gear. Still felt good to do something though.

Stretch Fit class at Elite Performance. Need to make sure to use my credits before I go away for the holidays, but didn’t think I could handle that many strength classes in a row. Was an hour long and had 8 stations we did twice.

Strength Fit class at Elite Performance. Apparently, during the weekdays they focus on one main exercise. Tuesday mornings are pull-ups. Then we did bench press, rows, bicep curls, and farmer walks. Good instructor.

Spin class at Cyklus. A bit short as I was subbing for someone's volunteer shift and had to start late as I was waiting for stragglers. This instructor uses power zones a lot, which I'm not super used to. Had to play around with how many gears to add to get to each power zone.

One of the gyms I really like had a Black Friday promo on their 8 classes per month auto-pay program, so I decided to go for it. I've been struggling to get in my strength and I've really enjoyed the classes I've taken here on Classpass. Playing around with classes, schedules, and instructors to try to figure out which two per week I'd like to make into a routine. This one was a Powerfit class, which was good!
