| We did hills today in cross country. We were suppose to do it 6 times but as this was only my second time (the others had built up from 4) so my coach said I could do 5. I felt really crappy throughout the whole run and started to shiver a lot even though it wasn't that cold out. And I forgot to take splits again. :( |

| Just bought new shoes so I took them up to the Y to try using them on a treadmill. They felt great but my knees didn't. I think they're sore from hills earlier today. |

| I felt pretty good with all 5/6 machines. The one that imitates a push-up killed me though. I think in total I did 80 push-ups in some variation yesterday so my arms are really sore today. |

| Was a machine sort of like an elliptical but it felt like you were going downhill. I was only going to do 7:00 minutes but they required a two minute cool-down at the end of that. |

| My friend and I ran in the Run for the Cure (Breast Cancer) race in Centennial Park. As I had raced yesterday I wanted to do an easy jog, this was perfect as it was my friend's first 5km. The weather was really nice and there were a ton of people running/walking! According to the news paper there were 2, 200 people running/walking. |

| We had a cross country race in Gagetown. Unfourtunately we left half an hour late so I ended up having 5 minutes to register, warm-up and stretch. My race went pretty well. The course was really hilly and zig zaggy and they didn't mark the kilometres. I really could have pushed more at the end. I'm still pretty happy with my race. |
