Spin class at Cyklus. I quite liked the instructor. They had cycling shoes to use to clip in, which helps. You also had a digital character on a screen that was connected your bike and showed you were you were in relation to the pack, so that was motivating me to bike faster! A good work out!

Booty pilates, hah. The instructor was really good. This would probably be good for me to do consistently.
