Another class pass. This was a strength class, but it was using these gravity machines which had cables and sliding boards. They were kind of neat. My arms feel like jelly at the moment though. There were only 3 of us, so the instructor was giving lots of points on form.

Update: could barely move my arms for 3 days. Oh boy!

I decided that I should actually go check my WET course at the PNE the morning of. Good thing I did as there were many new construction fences that impacted about 5 of my controls. Time is a total of the running portion of my pre-running, setting out controls, and picking up some controls after (thanks to Caoimhe and Erica for picking up most of them). I think the event was a success though! People seemed to have enjoyed the course despite the imperfections of the map.

Barre class as part of my ClassPass adventure. My poor weak little glutes were definitely feeling this.
