Kayaking at Rocky Point as a social for my grad department. We were out for 2 hours, but we did a lot of "enjoying the moment". Saw a couple of seals!

Booty Pilates class at Dharma Movement Company. The instructor said she took it easy on us, but I was feeling it! Trying to activate those glutes!

Classpass offered me the same half of three months promo again. Except I had to get it right before I left, so the next week is busy to use up all 5 classes for this cycle. This class was at Movement 108 studio. It was mostly a kettle bell workout. I quite like this studio, small glasses and a lot of emphasis on form and functional movements. Walked there and back too (about 2km each way).
