Warm-up/Cool-down/Stretch 10:00 [0]

Warm up and cool down videos (~ 5 minutes each).

Circuit 22:00 [2]

45 seconds of a strength exercise with dumbbells 20 second break then 45 second of a plyometric move. No repeat moves. Had to modify a lot of the plyometrics to the lower impact version part way through the set. They were tough! Mostly focusing on lower body. I'm enjoying these so far. :)

Circuit 25:00 [1]

Cardio workout Fitness Blender video. 45 second intervals (although not necessary super high intensity) with 15 second rest. Not super hard, although I don't think it was designed to be. No equipment required.

Yoga stretch cool down video.

Strength 24:00 [1]

Fitness Blender Total Body Strength video. I'm going to try to roughly follow their 8 week FB 30 program since I want to try to do something that is very low barrier and low mental effort to get me to have any sort of consistency exercising. Hoping to do the ~30 minutes at home in the morning before heading to the office. Got to try out my new-to-me Powerblocks. They seem pretty handy, just need to get a bit faster at changing the weights.

Warm-up/Cool-down/Stretch 13:00 [0]

Sometimes the warm up and cool-downs are included in the main video and sometimes they're separate, so I'll just log them under this category when they're separate. Warm ups are more dynamic stretching and cool downs seem to be more static stretching.
