HIIT and lower body strength. 4x 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest for the HIIT. 8 reps of a lower body strength exercise. Warm up and cool down included. Done week 2 besides for the optional stretch tomorrow. :)

Upper body strength video with a quick warm up and cool down stretch. There were these little pulses at the end which were just brutal.

Cardio workout video. Was in the "for people who get bored easily format" which meant that there wasn't a repeat exercise. 45 seconds on, 15 second rest. There was a brief warm up at the beginning. Hope that our floors/ceilings are fairly sound proof or my downstairs neighbour goes to work early like a normal person.

Lower body strength video (including a cool down stretch). Lots of variations of squats and deadlifts. Was 45 seconds of activity A then 15 seconds rest then 45 seconds of activity B then repeating that again. I'm pleased with how doable these seem to be for my schedule and how consistent I was last week!
