Was supposed to do these on Saturday, but was way too busy so did it after we got home from Whistler. Mostly lower back focused, which was great because my lower back was pretty tired from skiing.

My mom is visiting Vancouver/Whistler. She’s recently taken up skiing, and gave Oscar and I a day at Whistler for our Christmas presents. Little skeptical about the conditions when we were driving up as it was pouring rain and 11 degrees in Squamish. Started off at Olympic Station as Oscar is a beginner and rusty. Got rained on. Went up to the Roundhouse and stayed on beginner runs. Working a lot on my weight transfer, moving to my edge, and leaning away (down the hill), ancd round turns. Quite the range of conditions, and a lot of blustery new snow at the top. Snow was pretty good to ski on though I thought.Skiing for the top to Olympic Station was interesting as we went through about 3-4 different snow types. Was on the hill from about 9-3pm with not lot of breaks. Oscar really improved throughout the day. :) Forgot to bring my new watch to track my runs though :(
