Third workout of this set for the next 4 weeks. This would have been a bit better at the gym, but I'm feeling a little sick (congested, tired, sore throat yesterday), so just made do at home.
3 x 20 hip thrust off the sofa (body weight with resistance band around knees and abduction at the top)
3 x 12 single arm rows with resistance band around the door handle
3 x 10 step ups with a lunge after off a dining room chair
3 x 12 dumbbell floor press (42# total)
3 x 20 dumbbell romanian deadlift (42# total, grip start to get tired at the end of the last set)
1 x 25 side lying abduction with green band around knees
1 x 30 seconds feet elevated plank
1 x 60 seconds side plank
