Allan McGavin Run Club. Ran to Charleson Park and then did 6 hill repeats. The hill was about 41 seconds of varying grades. Was surprisingly consistent (all within 2 seconds). We had to option to do 6-10, but since I haven't done hills in a while and felt like I was starting to get sick I just did 6.
