I've had a mild cold (mostly congestion and fatigue) since Wednesday or so, so trying to take it easy and rest. I ended up throwing up on Thursday, although I'm wondering if that's from taking zinc in an effort to reduce the severity/duration.
Wanted to start back with some activity. Still feeling fairly tired and a little congested, so easing back in.

Dumbbell Romanian deadlifts: 3 x 10 at 48lbs
Dumbbell push press: 3 x 15 lb (weight per hand)
Goblet squat: 3 x 12 at 24 lb total
Band assisted chin up: 3 x 4
Constant tension hip thrust: 2 x 30 at 24 lb
1-arm dumbbell lateral throw: 3 x 15 each side at 15 lb
Hollow body iso hold: 2 x 30 seconds
