Dragon boating 45:00 [1]

I underestimated how cold and windy and rainy it was. Got pretty cold near the end of practice and the 11 minutes of biking home were not much fun. Really trying to focus on reaching and rotation. Only 13 of us out today, but the boat was moving okay.

Spin class with Oscar and Becca. Was feeling quite sick earlier this week so wasn't pushing super hard in all the watts challenges.
