I was in a bit of a brain-dead daze after work, which surprisingly resulted in a very strong class for me! I didn't feel like I had to really focus to push and was just doing as instructed (but was somehow stronger than normal). Probably not great to be that unmindful all the time, but it made the class go by quickly!

Classpass class at Groundworks Athletics called All Strength. It was pretty good strength circuit class, but the instructor didn't do a lot of feedback on form, etc. Also, it was a circuit based class but there was overlap in the space needed for the stations, so it was a bit funny to work out. I'd go back again, but maybe not with the same instructor.
