Downhill Skiing 30:00 [1]

Skiing at Whistler with Oscar! The snow was pretty nice and the line ups were not as horrendous as I feared. I got new boots though and need to take them back to the boot fitter as they were really too tight in the toes, which was pretty uncomfortable. We mostly stuck to greens and blues to get back into it.

Powerfit class at Elite Peformance. My arms feel like jelly. Managed to make the 7am/7:30am classes work this week, so hopefully can keep that going.

Spin class at Cyklus. First one in 3 weeks is always a bit of a shock to the system, but have to get started again. Good class though. Took my flat road gear down by one.
