Run/walk program in an attempt to not totally injury myself at sprint camp. I'm just using the SportMedBC Sun Run program. 5 minute walking warm-up and cool-down and then 8 x walk 2 minute run 1 minute.

StrenghtFit class. Today was back squats, dumbbell bench press, single-leg squat, gorilla row, one-side farmer's carries and deadlifts. I somehow tweaked something in my right inner thigh area on Tuesday (just walking...). I could feel it on some of the exercises, so they helped me modify.

Back to StrengthFit class. Working on pull ups for this month. Other exercises included farmer carries, barbell overhead press, 3-point planks, and lateral raises.

Spin class at Cyklus during my shift. Feeling pretty blah and unfocused, but figured I might as well do it since I was there.
