Analysis:
The begining of the course went really well, then once I went into the controls that were in a larger circle I lost focus and did a 180 degree error. Once I recovered(which took about 10min) Everything else went fairly smoothly.

Analysis:
I had taken a GU with caffeine before and that really helped me focus. The course was perfect other than going to 12 I went to 15 then 16 and then realized I had done that and quickly recovered. Pretty stupid mistake though, I think that saying the numbers aloud should help me keep track of which one I need to go to

Orienteering 15:15 [3] 3.5 km (4:21 / km)

Analysis:
Very smooth run, I was planning ahead and flow was great. Not really any mess up, just maxed out my speed and it was a little slower than normal race pace because of the past runs

Note:
I ran both of these sprints with Christian and we were about the same time, I beat him by a little less than a minute on the first one but he decided to go through construction, and on the second one I got him by 30sec.

Analysis:
When reading the map I didn't make any mistakes. The problem was that wasn't reading the map enough and doing too much memorization. Next time I am going to work on having a route planned and following through with it.

Very slow pace in some parts of the forest because I couldn't see what I was stepping on and didn't want to hurt myself.

Question: How do I make it so that you can click on the picture of my map and it'll send you to the DOMA file?

This is what swamps looked like:

Analysis:
I got into the map right away and made sure not to run too fast for my navigation(until I could pick it up). My major mistake was planning how to pick the controls because I didn't really understand the rules. The climb didn't hurt me at all though so I was very happy about that :)
