Going to start reading maps more frequently to get back into the right mindset. Really enjoying the new rule where dots are put at the exact location of the control!!

o-intervals, running up stairs is pretty much as fast as running up a hill. Thats what influenced my route choices the most

4:47, pretty ugly mile for me. 17 seconds off of my PR, but I didn't push very hard because I was pretty tired coming into it. Definitely not going to PR in two long distance events on the same day. Happy about the 800m though!
