Basel Summer-O... Pretty darn high percentage of climb, looking ahead to this weekend I will make sure to continue to push hard during the end of the race. That is where I lost most of my time and take smart route choices that avoid climb.
But I guess I did alright considering I was fairly close to a few world champions ;p

Mountain jog/hike. The combination of my legs being destroyed from the day before and have a slight cold make it damn hardddd. Pretty much walked all hill and we took the gondola down (not complaining though :D)
Hoping for many more mountain runs at a bit of a faster pace in the future!
