First training with Fossum Junior team. Really nice intervals, it sooo complicated to get a picture onto here though so you'll just have to go to my strava to see the map.

Overall pretty good training, I just need to get back some interval running speed!

M20 National Event in Switzerland. 14th overall so not terrible but not great.

Lacking that high intensity drive to maintain a hard push and hard focus. A few silly mistakes because of starting to "just run."
