5 min warm up run
2 1.5 min fast with 1.5 min in between to get to top of rainbow street.
walk down rainbow, then run up very fast (41 seconds) then walk down E. Windsor for about 2.5-3 minutes, then run 1-1:20 fast to bottom and then along Parkway back towards bottom of Rainbow, then walk about 2 minutes more to bottom of Rainbow and repeat.
Did this 4 times and then one more fast run to top of rainbow, walk back towards home for 2 minutes then run rest of the way home (just under 10 minutes).
