just to remind myself I could still run. lots of wheezing still, have to continue to take it easy. but feel better than a few days ago.

Park O at Pine Banks. Still felt very weak, time is not bad considering (+1.23 on William, but he was probably fairly jetlagged..)

Note

Been feeling weak-ish for a week now. I think I'll stop training (more or less) until I feel strong again..my big race is in 4 weeks and I really don't want to feel tired then. So, today is off.

Day 2 of West Point A-Meet, 11.2+350. Same as yesterday, but felt even slower. Runnability terrible, but few mistakes again. (only maybe 2 mins)

Saturday Apr 6, 2002 #

Orienteering 1:26:35 [4] 13.3 km (6:31 / km)

Day 1 of West Point A-Meet, 9.5+380. No mistakes but feeling slow. 3rd place, not bad.
