Long run around Richmond Park - anticlockwise to Ham Pond then back up to Petersham Riverside and around Ham Lands back.

Normally would be a Sunday run but the weather was lovely today and the forecast for tomorrow is proper awful so thought I’d ski the powder

One really nice thing now is that a 100’ run no longer feels particularly ‘long’.

Distance is an estimate as I normally use my phone to track, but the kids commandeered that to play Minecraft.

EMR in Knole Park. Ok at the beginning but got more tired towards the end - overall not so bad though except that I fell over pretty hard once onto some (small) steps over a wall. Ouch. Oh and I had some extra leg raise training from all the mud stuck to my shoes.

Easy morning run around Crathorne Hall, North Yorkshire. Unfortunately on country roads rather than footpaths, but that's probably for the best given the rain and snow they've had.

Started very sluggishly but the second half was OK. Really should have done a second loop while I was at it..
