Evening score race on Epsom Downs. 37 controls in 56 minutes, most of them in really scruffy woodland (and a couple in the wrong place), but a lovely evening.

On the minus side, the calf went after 23 minutes and then got worse after about 30. The physio obviously said don’t run (much), but I just couldn’t face stopping.

It’s pretty painful now so we’ll have to see how much recovery I need.
