Looks like it’ll take some time to get back to normal fitness - this is 8 minutes behind PB and that doesn’t even include a minute’s break halfway round...

...on the positive side this time would have been a PB not so long ago, and I finished reasonably strongly.

Goals for this winter:

Overall
- be at least as fit as last winter and further lower the record for the Park Loop
- do lots of strength and conditioning to stay injury free

Specific:
- do a half marathon under 90 by January
- do a half marathon under 85 by May (BHAG)
- be fit enough for a strong Lowe Alpine Mountain Marathon in June
- decent Southerns (M21E under 120') and JK (M40 - top 7)
