I did catch Claudia’s cold in the end. Relatively mild but best to sit out today. Shame as the weather was great (15C in December!!) but I haven’t missed a run for illness for ages so never mind.
If I run at a steady pace* into a constant headwind for 5k then turn around and run back at the same pace, will I be faster, slower or equal than if I ran at the same pace with no wind?
* Steady pace is measured before impact of wind, ie steady “effort”.
I think I know the answer but thought you brainiacs could tell me if I’m right.
