After a reasonable night's sleep and then an early afternoon snooze, felt better than yesterday even though the time was the same.

Is the afternoon snooze the way to better fitness for the over-40s?

But then got into a decent rhythm and the traffic was very kind (only had to stop twice) so ended up an ok time.
