Some more orienteering around Richmond Park, using a different bit of the OK Nuts. Still knackered, but a cool route that really should become my terrain loop.

Am I the only one who says “bleep” when finding control sites on training runs?

Re running part of an old OK Nuts course in Richmond Park.

Decent fun and I even lost a few seconds here and there despite the fact that I should know it inside out - and good to have an aim as I felt pretty low energy.

The map was surprisingly poor though for being only 3 years old.

Wimbledon (the run, not the tournament) is officially open for the season now that the mud has died down after 3 weeks of dry weather. Only the Depression of Despair is still full of gunk, but you can get around it ok.

I really don’t know why I’m not more motivated for running at the moment as the weather is amazing and my fitness is slowly coming back. At least the plan of running the first 2-3k really slowly is working.
