Richmond Park terrain loop.
Horrendous first 20 minutes. Felt tired, cold and stiff and the achilles were hurting, plus my breathing wasn’t keeping up. So slowed right down to see how long I’d last.
Then after 5k it got gradually better and while still tough, I even managed to increase the speed a bit. The only niggle then was both achilles hurting quite a lot by the end.
Really do feel like I’m living on borrowed time what with lots of stress, little sleep and the achilles. But for now, one more decent one in the bag.
