VERY tough day out in Richmond Park.

The positives:
- I got round
- My calves are fine
- The time was quite fast despite me actively trying to slow down

The negatives:
- Felt super drained and had to stop for 2x2 minute breaks
- Even only 20c temperature makes me feel quite hot - looks like I need to go back to morning runs for the summer
- My achilles hurt

See where we go from here.

It has been a bumper travel year so far for work, after Edinburgh, Barcelona, Berlin, Milan (twice), Paris (5x so far) I have now made it to Amsterdam, to meet one of our big partners (booking dot com)

Was very tight to squeeze in a run but glad I did despite the rain - fun jaunt around the centre and a quick loop through Vondelpark. The return trip was a little freestyle navigation wise plus good training for Venice in terms of dodging people.

Might need a new watch though, the GPS track went all over the show. Or is it the satellites that need replacing?
