Canada Day Fun Run in Canberra. Perfect morning for running. I didnt feel like running the 10km solo so i opted to push max round which was great. very slow first km to get through the walking crowds but then got into a nice rhythm and cruised round. Felt quite good and i think it was an ok time for a pram run. Fabbo free pancakes and genuine maple syrup afterwards followed by cafe stop at ANI with the Dee's, shannon (who PB'd) and the new constable g. bluett.

Cockies Ints at the Triangle. Miss jones was being bossy and was setting the speedy pace. Great fun to be wizzing about ONI (our nations icons) at 7am. two of the intervals with max and two without. Despite my hectic schedule managed to fit in coffee and organic sourdough toast at ANI with the other public servant types before rushing off to my next social function (playing at Commonwealth Park with Cathy and co, hot chocolating at Regatta Point), followed by entertaining Grandma Kez with cups of tea. Very Hectic Indeed.

tough session with the super-fast-girls (mace and shannon). warm up to the national museum, then a 4 min loop round the museum peninsula , with a 2.5ish recovery. 4 reps. we kept them reasonably consistent. as i said, great session but geeze, no way i would even get out of bed let alone do them my self!
