Running intervals (pram running) 45:00 [3]
shoes: DS trainers 2008
Cockies intervals set by macey. great fun on the NCA map of Commonwealth park. blustery conditions by the lake and we had max rugged up as snug as. fun fun fun to be sprinting round the park as a gang of cockies. As Nature Intended cafe stop for those who had time, which obviously i did. had the latte bowl which was yummo.

Tuesday Jun 24

Running hills 13:00 [5]
shoes: DS trainers 2008
ugh, early morning hill intervals with the gals. jog over to the national museum through the dark fog with mace and shanny, then 6 x hills that take just over 2 mins each. From the lake up past the levels and Old Canberra House to the top of the overpass over Parkes Way.
Running warm up/down 45:00 [3]
