Orienteering race 54:00 [4] 6.1 km (8:51 / km)

Sunday state event. Had to run course 4 for selection, it was a 5.1km course but ran about 1km extra. Only one small error on number 8, over shot a bit. It was really thick with heaps of bracken so slow moving and quite vague in areas so I had to be cautious to stay on my line and keep in contact.

WU/WD for both exercises.

Orienteering 40:00 [4] 4.5 km (8:53 / km)

Contour only exercise at Fonthill. No north lines or compass made it a lot harder than I thought it was going to be! Made two mistakes and just had a laugh at myself to be honest aha. Not really sure how I managed it!! I love my compass...

Peg Race! :) So much fun but really tough! Got pushed heaps by the other girls which was great. Only one error, pretty clean.

Went to the gym for the first time ever with mum. It was really fun! had a bit of a go on everything, mainly strength based.

Haven't been swimming since my last swimming carnival in grade 10 (tehehe) and consider myself to be a terrible swimmer, so I was very surprised when I was able to make 1km. Very tired especially towards the end but a great workout.

Went because I've been having some pain in my knees and turns out its got to do with my fat pad, and my hips!
