Good deadlifts but right knee was sore (proximal lateral) when I started squats so ditched those and leg extensions.
Standing straight leg calf raises 8 @ 45, 52, 52kg
Low row 3 x 8 @ 47kg
Deadlift 5, 3, 3 @ 52.5, 60, 70kg (+3)
Military press 3 x 8 @ 15kg
Parallel dip 3 x 6
