In Toronto. Ran from King Suites down Yonge St to the river and along, stopped for a quick stretch and then back. Pace hindered by crossing roads. Concetrated on running form and making my weiny calf muscles do some work (which is followed by them going lactic and uncoordinated).

Used the 'health club' at my hotel, which didn't have a lot of equipment, so mainly core and balance work. Had a nice looking spa but didn't think to bring togs ...
