Mtb at Stromlo, with Ewan for a bit then did an easy loop. Good to be back on the bike and outside again. Realised how little outside time I've had while being injured and how I'm missing it.

Achilles was a bit more sore this morning. Pain yesterday was a 1 today it was more like 2. Maybe I just need to hold off running and keep up the voltaren wraps until it's pain-free.

10 x 1min jog, 1min walk. Achilles felt okay but not feeling too hopeful that the run will be tolerated well.

9 nights of voltaren, 5 to go. Some improvements in pain at end range plantarflexion.
