Jogged around the O2 sprint at the Uni of Canberra. Nice course setting by David Stocks and he updated the map with the new multilevel stripe symbol - an improvement but sometimes you still have to take a bit of a punt about what the map means.

R knee got unhappy during deadlifts so I pulled the pin on the 3rd set.

Low row 3 x 8 @ 40kg
Seated calf raise 3 x 8 @ 10kg

Suitcase carry 3 @ 20kg
Arabesque 3 x 8
