Run (treadmill.) 25:00 [4]

i never know my distance when i run on the treadmill. I didnt go for too long, i think that running on the treadmill and running outside are completely different. No matter what, when im running outside i can always go for longer. I'm not sure why, i thought it would be the complete opposite. I'm taking my dog george out running in the evening..

I would normally do sit ups && push ups before i go to bed, but now i prefer doing them after a run. I have no logic behind this, but i figured since my muscles were warm.. Since i started doing sit ups && push ups my muscles are always sore! I hope that this will change pretty soon, like a no pain no gain thing. I push myself through these more than i do when running.

orienteering at fair hill yesterday.
i plan on running red at mt penn in two weekends.

work out. (sit ups && push ups) 20:00 [3]

I was watching a movie on tv in my room, and every time there was a commercial i did push ups && sit ups. I ended up doing way more sit ups, i was too sore for push ups. When i would go to do a set of push ups, I would collapse on my stomach half way through.. I figured that there was twenty minutes worth of commercials through the two hour movie, Im not really sure though. It's not all that important though.
