This was the first time that my legs felt strong enough to run faster on the treadmill station. Was only at 6.0 and for a minute (and it was flat), but I have been hovering closer to 4.5, so the boost felt great, and my recovery time was super fast.

Ran one mile - it took about 13:37. Most of it was at 4.4, and at the end the 5.0 felt pretty good. Then walked a quarter mile to cool down (was low on time this a.m.).
