orienteering race (Warranine) 40:05 [3] 4.2 km (9:33 / km)
slept:5.0

Did not finish. Due to rolling my ankle on the H1 course. Was have a great run and coming into control 11 , a bit over half way I rolled my ankle on a small rock. Distance of the course was a total of 7 km so I had probably run about 4.2km already in about 40 minutes. So would have ended up with a pretty good time. A bit disappointing. I had 2 lovely orienteers help me back to the finish. Unfortunately this reflected on their times and 1 also Dnf. Once I look at the splits I will be able to see how I was going, but I felt pretty good about it. No day 2 for me. Going to be doing RICE for the next few days.
