Only did pull due to injury. Saw physio. Ankle not broken just badly strained ligament. Can do some cycling by Saturday and keep swimming. Not on crutches and have had work done on ankle by physio. Need to go back on Friday.

Had X-ray taken of ankle. Going to see physio tomorrow morning. Still swollen and sore.
