Did club swim today about 400m. The water was lovely and calm and then did some board rescue with Soraya. Had fun. Feel better today apart from being sunburnt!

Didn't cycle this morning as basically feel terrible. Woke up a few times in the night hot and sick. So went to orienteering and just walked course 2 with mum, therefore slow time. She then took my si and did the other 2 courses. Great concept I did enjoy it. Ricky did a great job despite a few technical issues that he got onto pretty quickly.

Went to Mullaloo and did some board training. Felt pretty lethargic. Maybe too much heat the last few days.

Started to do some of the intervals that coach had for today, but he stopped me as I was running terrible. So he sent me off for a slow 10km run up West coast. Alexandra trained with the group and did the intervals, she said it was tough.

Main set. 16x 50 on 40secs then 200m easy. 4x 100 on 1:20 then 5 x 200 pull and paddles. Swam easy as tired. Was going to gym after but forgot my runners, so missed a session.

Started run from Hillaries. Alexandra and I ran 7km, I felt tired o our pace wasn't great. Also battled headwind along the coast. Didn't do windtrainer.

Cycling got cancelled due to weather so I had a rest day. Felt like I needed it.

Note

Alexandra Enlund coming today from Finland to stay for around 7 weeks. Arriving at midnight so I don't think I will go with mum to pick her up. Will soon start some o training with her. Will do Trail runs as my long run with her looking at maps and then some sprint training.
