Had Tep race 2 today at Champion lakes. Drafting race. Swim was disappointing as my arms were sore from yesterday so I could barely lift them out of the water for the 750m. Didn't get out with first pack so cycle wasn't very productive as pack I was with weren't particularly fast. Ran well though so if I was 100% on my swim would have killed it. Came 3rd.

Had 1 day camp for surf club. Did some board training in the morning then had wet Bronze medallion equal and then did some killer SAS team bonding activities in the afternoon. I mean killer had to carry thick rope above head for what seemed eternity and if we dropped it we had to do sit ups in knee deep water with waves crashing around us. Shame that we gave so many SAS officers involved with surf club. Arms are so sore

Did small training exercise at ecu mt Lawley. Mum had arranged some sprint training. Did a loop , not quite sure how long, need to check in purple pen.

Main set was 400m hard , 200 m easy. Bit of a niggling pain in my left foot on top were navicular is. Trying to remember what it felt like when I had a stress fracture there.
