Swim. Felt ok but wasn't great. 3rd out of water.

Run not great. Just felt lethargic, hopefully blood results show something.

Easy day as interclub tri Championships this week end. Going to doctors today to have bloods done. Testing for lactose and gluten intolerance. Feeling lethargic still.

Didn't run very well today. I think still lethargic from yesterday's illness. Dropped Alexandra off at airport. She's going to Melbourne for the Vic. Sprint Champs.

Didn't swim for long today as I was tired. Coach let me get out early. Didn't go cycling this evening as very sick . Belly ache , dizzy and throwing up. Wondering if I am lactose intolerant. 2nd time this has happened in a matter of weeks after consuming a iced milk drink.

Garmin packed up so don't have exact details. Supposed to be steady ride but Kirby who didn't do tri on Sunday had the pace up. I kept telling her to slow as we were supposed to be going easy. Not too happy.
