First exercise for our sprint weekend that Charlotte Watson is organising. It was the Murdoch campus which I have never ran on before. We had to partner up and go in pairs and discuss route choices between each control. I partnered with Riley Martin. We stopped after several controls and discussed the choices and we each took seperate routes.

Tough set for the 3 of us not doing the tri this weekend. Coaches payback. Main set. 8x 200 on 3min then 14x 100 on 1:15, I was doing 1:10 so I could have 5 second rest between each 100. Felt like I was training with a swim coach!
