1st training exersice of today set by visiting coach Charlotte was a mini sprint competition around John XIII. Started off ok but then got to control 8 that confused me as the map hadn’t been updated to show a wall that was there. Messed around a bit looking for that control. Other than that just a few small route choice errors which probably could have resulted in a better time. Course was 1.7km straight line. I ran extra 500m according to watch.
