HR started high in the AM and into the start of the ski but I kept it low key and it settled. Finished the ski with Greta, feeling solid, and the beautiful Duluth day continued on :)

easy jogging with a couple of 2 min threshold pickups and some other warm up drills

Started slow and just tried to pickup and maintain - just kind of cruised, wasn't able to push really hard - felt good but not super quick, hopefully was able to pull some girls on the team with me though!

45 easy jog getting to know the course followed with a few threshold pickups dialing in the pace. Felt like I was working really hard to go slow at first - pickups felt sluggish

Easy FS RS at Lakewood. Hard to keep HR down but felt good - did leg swings, skips, high knees and stretched afterwards - legs didn't feel great

Ran with the cross girls - too fast first half so I turned around early and slowed it down. Had a really tough time keeping my HR down.
