Super chill and easy jog on a gorgeous sunny but warm afternoon - spirits are high, snow is getting lower. HR stayed low but couldn't get my legs really moving

Warm up 30 min - 7 min ANT - 4x2 min (1min L3 into 1 min L4) - cooldown - felt good, technique coming together - Different between L3 and L4 felt small - didn't get HR out of ANT
