Super nice ski at spirit, a little chilly but warmed up, great conditions - skied the 10k onto magney-snively and a loop around bardons peak and back. A little tired from yesterday but tried to focus on making technique gains.

Pre race workout at marshall - some ANT - HR got up pretty quick, felt a little slow - felt super snappy on the speeds afterwards though

Ski at marshall - 3x6 min ant with some speeds at the end - super icy, not having it - arms tired from strength

Strength with Greta in the morning - feeling good and recovered so did 3 sets of arms and abs - took our time, lots of rest in between
