nice ride from Millgrove, then in the hills around Warburton with 'fell' and 'keely'
A few big hills, and a couple of big stacks for me on the muddy downhills.

Ate choco (of dubious content) while Rob belayed Bryan on a scary 4m high indoor climbing wall.

had an exam today, glad that's over.
First gym session with only one day off in between, seemed to have pulled up reasonably well.
Ankle is turning blue and purple, at least the swelling is going down.

test ran a course for 'fell' at the you yangs. didn't push too hard, spent about 15 mins just walking around checking control sites.
Some very technical sections which also required aggressive running, an epic route choice leg, and some drag racing.
