easy long run
started out around brunnsviken with johanna, and then I swung off to Ulriksdals slott and then home along the water via bockholmen. A pretty nice run. starting to get more used to the new shoes.

Easy running to and from kristinebergs IP plus a few laps warm up and down.

Did a 3k test at krillan with a few guys from centrum. Planned to go out with 90s per lap (11:15 pace) and then pick up the pace on the last couple of laps if could manage. More or less went to plan but I was sitting easily under threshold at that pace. Feels like I should aim for 10:50 in a couple of months. Good motivation!

stockholm city cup on söder
ran with good speed but couldn't keep up with the orienteering. made a few big mistakes and lost a bit of time due to bad shoe choice on the super slipperry slopes. really nice sprint course though.
